Booked a room with spa bath.

The hotel was clean, the rooms were immaculately clean and cool enough. The staff were extremely friendly and particularly helpful throughout my visit. Everything was great and within 15 minutes' drive of Kearney Regional airport.

The setting is excellent and conveniently located near the Mississippi River. Texas Roadhouse, perfect for lunch, is just a short distance from the hotel. The rooms are spacious and well-stocked.

Hotel was well-maintained and the room was extraordinary. The staff were hard-working and professional, had a great attitude.

The airport was 0.5 miles away.

The hotel was clean and lovely with good wi-fi. The staff was excellent on arrival and throughout the stay. The property was in a nice location, right in the heart of things. We were also close to a visitor center and the Mississippi.

It was a clean comfortable room and close to restaurants, the events center and movie theater.

It advertised a hot tub and when we asked about it we were told it "was under construction". It should not have been advertised if they didn't have one working. I booked that motel because the ad stated there was a hot tub. The gormet breakfast was also non-existant and no better than other motels because the pancakes and waffels were frozen and not fresh and there basically was no meat. We ate breakfast elsewhere.

This hotel has a fantastic location near downtown, the Rowe Sanctuary, the Mississippi, and excellent restaurants, making it a wonderful choice for visitors.

Located right in the heart of things, this hotel is close to a visitor center and a variety of restaurants. the rooms are clean, modern, and well cared for, with comfortable beds and a lovely breakfast room offering a good selection of items. A highlight is the pet-friendly policy, allowing guests to bring their furry companions along for the stay.

On the downside, some guests have mentioned instances of rooms with a musty odor and issues with cleanliness, such as curtains that had not been washed for ages.

I greatly enjoyed having a TV set, microwave oven, and refrigerator in the room. the bathroom was good. the location was marvelous and peaceful, right in the heart of things. It was also close to downtown and the Rowe Sanctuary in Kearney, Nebraska, and most areas.

The fact they gave us a room and were so accomodating.

Upon arrival the hotel did not have our prepaid reservation made through Booked.net. I had to pay for the room and hope I am not charged twice. I keep watching my statement.
